Arts and Crafts Vendor Online Application

 
 

By participating in the Olustee Battle Festival as an Arts and Crafts vendor the undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Olustee Battle Festival and applicable Florida State Laws.

Application is hereby made for a reservation of a space(s) to sell Arts and Crafts February 15th-16th, 2013, in conjunction with the Olustee Battle Festival to be held in Lake City, FL. All vendors will sell only hand made or hand-embellished items as written in the rules and regulations. Anyone found not following this rule will not be allowed back into the festival.

The fee for reserving such space(s) is $120.00 each, plus Florida State Sales Tax, payable with application. Said fee of $128.40 per space must be sent to the address shown below before December 15, 2012. If you already have an end booth, fee for that space is $160.00 plus Florida State Sales Tax, which is $171.20 per space. If you do not already have one but would like one, these end spaces are very limited, so please call ahead to see if any spaces are available before you send a payment. This non-refundable application is in good faith that you will attend the 2013 festival.

This application is required to be returned no later than December 15, 2012.

Upon submitting this application, the Vendor has read and agreed to abide by the Liability Disclaimer, Rules & Regulations, and all Florida laws pertaining to the Battle of Olustee Festival, while participating as an Arts & Crafts Vendor.
