Girls in the Olustee Pageant will compete in party dress or gown and will be judged on beauty, poise and showmanship. Boys in the Olustee Pageant will compete in dress suits and will be judged on posture, eye contact, stage movements and confidence.
Finalists (except ages 4 and under) will be asked a question. Contestants will model in a "T" Pattern.

Contestants may also enter a separate photogenic competition. Contestants may submit a color or black and white photograph. Photograph will be judged on the personality of the subject not the quality of the photograph. No glamour shots allowed.

Contestants may also enter a separate talent competition. Routines should be 2-3 minutes in length and will be judged on the quality of the talent. Entry Fee: $50.00
Entry Fee for $40.00 if entering beauty.
Contestants may enter a separate sportswear competition. Entry fee is $35.00. Must enter beauty to enter sportswear.
NO practices will be allowed in the auditorium except during scheduled rehearsal times. Do not call or show up at the School Board office to ask for an individual rehearsal.
NO Glamour Shots allowed in the Photogenic Contest.
Contestants MUST reside or attend school in Columbia, Baker, Union, Suwannee or Hamilton County.

Competition for the title "Miss Olustee Festival" is open to girl between the ages of 16 and 20. These girls will be interviewed by a panel of judges during the afternoon and then be judged in modeling during the evening. The modeling portion of the competition will include Streetwear (Sunday Dress). Sportswear and Evening Gown competition.

The winners of the Miss Olustee Title will receive a $300.00 Scholarship, the First Runner-up a $200.00 Scholarship and the Second Runner-up a $100.00 Scholarship.
The winners in each age division in the beauty portion will receive a $25.00 Savings Bond, Crown, Banner, and Trophy.
Talent and photogenic winners will receive trophies.
Contestants not placing will receive a trophy for partiicpation.
The first place beauty winners will ride in the Olustee Parade on February 14, 2009
